Ingredients:
- 1 egg and salt to taste
Wet Dough:
- 2 tablespoons of my seasoning flour
- Enough water
Dry Dough:
- 7 tablespoons of my serving flour
- 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch
Onion sauce:
- 15 red chilies
- 5 green chilies
- 3 red onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Hot cooking oil
How to make:
1. Omelet as usual, cut according to taste, set aside
2. Prepare dry dough and wet dough. (medium thickness wet dough)
3. Put the eggs into the wet mixture, then into the dry mixture. Fry until brown.
4. Garlic sauce: Roughly grind all the onion chili spices, add a little salt and then pour hot oil
5. Serving: Cracked/set eggs on a mortar, ready to be served.
