Oseng long beans tempeh spicy soy sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of
long beans (cut into matchsticks)
- 1 large
tempeh board (diced)
Ground
spices:
- 4 cloves
of red onion
- 3 cloves
of garlic
- 5 red
chilies
- 10 green
chilies
- Salt to
taste
- Sugar to
taste
- Broth
powder to taste
- Sweet soy
sauce to taste
- Saori
oyster sauce to taste
How to cook:
1. Wash the
long beans that have been cut into matches. set aside
2. Fry the
chopped tempeh until golden. Drain well
3. Saute
ground spices until fragrant, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, saori, and powdered
broth
4. Enter the
long beans, stir until well blended and add a little water
5. Enter the
tempeh, stir fry briefly. Taste correction
6. Remove and serve.
